I ordered a power bank with which there was a Samsung earphone free. I received a damaged power bank and there was no earphones in the box. I immediately searched for an email to complain about the product and got to know that the return policy is only applicable when the seal of the product is kept intact and the complain should be done within the first hour of the delivery of the product...
