Onlinecombo.com — Received damaged and used product instead of new

Hello, I saw an advertisement of 'Branded Mens Combo of 3 Partywear pure linen Shirts' from OnlineCombo.com on facebook. So, I opened above website and checked that combo offer. I found it good and value for money and booked 01 pack of above combo offer on dated 21.03.2016 22:37 on COD(cash on delivery) basis. I received Order Confirmation Number i.e. [protected] on my email.

I received product on 29 March 2016 and paid INR 699.00. After this, I opened received package. I found damaged and 03 used shirts inside the package. The company has cheated me. I instantly opened their website for complain and for return of received package. There is no telephone number on website. Then, I checked return and refund policy [link- http://onlinecombo.com/payments_and_returns]. I found return email i.e. [protected]@onlinecombo.com. I immediately mailed them about the damaged and false shipment but I received Mail Delivery Failure Notice stating that such email id does not exists. Now, I resend the email once again and received same failure notice. Then, I mailed entire issue on their another email id [i.e.- [protected]@gmail.com].

i want either they change damage shipment or they return my full money back. Please Help!!!
