Onlinedealstoday — Fraud practices and No Refund on cancellation after 60 days

I took the 7, 999 offer from OnlineDealsToday with the promise of getting a Samsung Tablet along with Holiday package. I never received the promised Samsung phone and hence I cancelled the package. Reasons for cancelling the plan: 1. I was promised a tablet while this plan was sold to me and the tablet was supposed to arrive within 5 days and nothing came even after 2 weeks and I have not received any tablet. 2. I was constantly calling your call center number[protected] for 10 days but never received a response 3. I was also in regular touch with Mr Rishabh at this number [protected] and he kept making false promises that your tablet will be dispatched in couple of days and nothing has happened yet. Hence I went ahead and cancelled my plan. I was promised via email that I will receive my payment back in 45 days and now its been 60 days but I have not received any money back yet. I am also planning to write to PayU and warn them against the misdeeds of your organisation and they should not be linked to such organisations. Thanks
