Onlinejobworks.com — Is it fraud company?

I paid Rs.3500/- as mentioned on website. then, i got call from them and they asked to pay Rs.4008/- as I have not paid the taxes. so I paid that also.

Then they asked to Rs.10600/- to join my account to OJW account.

I asked them to cancel my registration. She told me that it will take 90 days to refund. After that there is no contact with them. Number cannot be connected. Website is down.

I also send the mail on [protected]@onlinejobworks.com and [protected]@onlinejobworks.com but on both mail id mail was bounced

My employee Id no is REG10112.

Is it a real company or fraud company
