Open2Cart.com — Fraud company not returning my money(Completely Fraud Site)

Today I have received a call from open2kart.com. They told me they have launched new e-commerce website with payment tie up with payumoney.com. For your first order you will be eligible for an assured gift. and if you are not satisfied with our services. you can cancel your order any time. They made me purchase one item through his site. I made payment through payumoney.com. later they told me release payment through payumoney.com. I did. After my order I searched on Internet and found this is fraud site.and tried to cancel my order by calling these guys . But these guys are not attending my call. even i called payumeney help centre but these guys are not willing to help me. I just want to refund of money for that i willing to take legal action against them also. Please provide me your help to resolve this issue.

once i had also been through such situations, the same happed with me as well in the past days. i was so depressed they bluffed me very cleverly. But the matter of fact is i got escaped from such situations. I sent a mail to payumoney regarding my problem and they helped me to get my money back. so i would suggest u to send a mail regarding your problem ask payumoney for your refund they will definetly help you. Believe me in such conditions payumoney is the only hope for u getting your money back.

Open2kart is a fraud e-commerce company. They will call you and tell this is the new start up company and will gift you if you purchase something from our site. later on they will ask for more money for the gift to process. they are not stick to their tongue. Please be Aware before transaction as it doesn't follow security (https..).I got a call from this company and being assured Gift if I purchase a combo offer of rs-1199 from this site.They opened the payumoney for me by asking the OTP came to my mobile. purchased this and they charge again to pay 6000 for the gift and confirmed that this is a fraud.

The same situation happened with me. and I don't know how these companies got license from government and reputed private wallet like payumoney. I don't understand that for the sake of a negligible commission the company payumoney has associated with such fake company. everyone share the message with social networks and demolish these companies and their reputation.

All of you are correct. Today I received a call and the person on the other side said my number has been selected and he said If I purchase a combo offer (which includes one jabra headphone, one ray ban anti reflector sunglass one Allen solley shirt) worth Rs 1999, I will get a gift a Dell laptop or a Samsung 32 inch led tv or anot iPhone 5s or a Godrej Microwave oven. I visited the site filled up all the details but before making the payment I had some doubt. So I visited Google and searched for the fraud company. I came to know about these things and immediately logged out. I have been receiving calls from them. Thank you all of you.

I got a call from open2kart the told me that ur lucky and u win the amount of 30000 thousand rs for that u have to pay 14℅service taxes (4200) and have to place order of 2000 rs I pay amount of 6200 but I got this website and read reviews so I call to payumoney and file dispute for this cause I told them truth and igot my refund of 4200 after calling again and again payumoney and open to cart open to cart told me not share about this issueto payumoney

Same this happened to me . But checked http://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/viewCompanyMasterData.do site and company was not registered. So please before buying anything from any site please go and the check the details of the company.

worst company ever...i just received a call from open2kart. they offered me free gifts like u all. He, after some time of talk, told me to open open2kart.com and choose one offer. Then I got a doubt and I opened reviews of open2kart. All reviews were saying that this is fraud company and then i opened my truecaller to get the info of that number. true caller showed that number as Fraud Online Company.
I told that guy to open google and search for his companies reviews but that guys was still insisting me to purchase and told that you can record my call etc.
I told him that I will purchase but you have to send me a mail from ur company's mail id and with ur company's id card and any govt id card.
Thay send me a mail but i think they first created a new mail id "[protected]@outlook.com". So that it should look company's mail id.
I was still not in any scene to show trust to them and finally they cut the phone.

Any company which is not offering COD, is not good company.
