[Resolved]  Oplus Technology India Pvt Ltd — Under warranty product but no after sale service

Product Name - Oplus Xonpad 7 Product Type- 7 inch Tablet Company- Oplus Date of Purchase - 5th may 2015 Purchased from Snapdeal. Product Quality when received was poor there were scratches on the back of the product and also there is no company made charger in the box, it was from the other company not from the oplus and also charger was faulty. Issues- 1- Screen 2- Battery 3- Charger Details- when i noticed all the issues which is mentioned above, I was keep on contacting oplus technical support for the resolution but from the last one month i have not received and resolution from them. I called them and explained all my issues and they said that we will arrange a manual pick-up from your place and will repair your product cause there is no service station available at Allahabad. As per their instruction i packed my tablet and started waiting for the pick-up of my item but till now no one has showed up and since then I was keep on calling them and mailing them but no luck, the product is still with me and they are keep on making promises that they will pick the product in next few days for sure but no one has visited to my place for the product and now a days they are not picking up my call. After so much frustration i called snapdeal and they said that i have to contact oplus for the issue and they cant help me in this case. Now the overall story is that I have received a faulty product from snapdeal and when i contacted to the oplus for repair or replacement they are jut making fake promises but no resolution. Please help.
