policy no 215500/48/2013/249 it is a happyt family floter policy issued by agent/broker - LC[protected] Adress - amba tower dc chowk sector 9 rohini delhi - 110085 our policy start on 18/05/2009 and our policy laps by mistake of this agent our five year policy is distroyed by mistake of our agent mr shushil gupta because he deposit our check with a wrong name so please as faster as u take action and in this five year we dont ever use this policy once. we give a check of 5405 rupees to our agent and he deposite it under a wrong name we give payment through check the no is = 846644 a/c name = manish kuamr jain pank name = punjab national bank shastri nagar delhi 110052 date of cheque deposit = 22/04/2014 cheque clear = 13/05/2013 Was this information helpful? | |||
