[Resolved] Oriental Insurance Company — Cheated by this company | |||
Hi All, I am very happy to take the phone from Sangeetha stores. Unforunately, now i am telling my friends not to go for Sangeetha stores. Insurance guys & Sangeetha stores are playing with a common man. This is not a fare thing. I seriously, regret on this. I bought the phone on 17th September in Sangeetha stores, Mehidipatnam. The phone is Nokia X1. At first, i was very excited for using this phone. Unfortunately, i met with an accident and the phone was damaged internally. I thought that i have insurance and i reclaim it. The great insurance company is cheating customers by taking money & not allowing to use the claim & also steeling our Invoice copies(Original Bills). Coming to the claim process, i have applied the claim. And they rejected it saying that improper handling. And i didn't get any update from them. And they are not giving me back my original bill to me. And for the information, they are not lifting my call & giving zero response to me.I have few questions here:1. Why the insurance company wont reclaim when i met with an accident ?2. Why they are not responding to me ?3. Why my Bill was stealed by them ?4. Why there is no update to the customer on the status ?5. Who need to take it care ?6. Is this the way to treat customers ?7.Why this company cheating customers ? I need the resolution for this immediately.
