Oriental Insurance Company — delay in settlement of claim and unwanted procedure

sir, my bike was stolen last year and still i am unable to get insurance money or claim. now they are asking to transfer the bike vehicle on there name and they charged Rs.2000 as there fees and said that amount will be added to the claim amount but now the are refusing as they are telling miscellaneous charges deducted. please help me to get insurance claim and suggest me.
