is being purposely delayed and we have been harassed for papers which we have already submitted . Both Oriantal, Bhagalpur and E-Mediteck, Patna is continuously delaying the process by creating confusions and asking Same papers to submit.

Please help us to solve this issue and guide us how can we take action against both the agencies so that they cant abuse the customers by delaying and harassing the customers even after submitting all the papers.
