Due to panic experience from your sales and service side I am here under writing you and for the same i required the immediate and full and final solution of my insurance policy : I purchase a Mediclaim policy from your company before 4 years and my policy number is 142801/48/2014/782, my insured's Code[protected] HAPPY FAMILY FLOATER POLICY my policy expired midnight of 30/05/2014 i am not getting any reminder or any call/sms related to policy expired from your company, before 2 days i check my policy and its expired i call to branch related to renual of my policy as per talk with Branch he denied and tell me your need to purchase new policy and you are not getting your all previous benefits.
