Notified on 16oct 2015, claim settled on 5th Jan 2016. Claim amount 18500+4300, claim settled for 4900. Why ? Because didn't went to the dealer he asked, didn't paid him commission. Pathetic experience as I did nt gave him bottle of whisky as asked by surveyor Anil Chawla.. Making customers running here and there, about 1000rs petrol spend just to clear the bill.
