Sir, i would regret to inform you that i have lodged the claim on 25/10/2014 with the oriental insurance co. Ltd., divisional office, 2 rajkot and all the required papers were submitted to the office after that divisional office 2 rajkot has sent all the papers with the claim file to regional office, ahmedabad but still the claim is pending for the settlement and its decision by the regional office, ahmedabad. Sir i am frequently visit the office but no response from the concerned office or regional office for the status of my claim till date.
