[Resolved]  Oriental Insurance Company — not received insurance claim even after 2 years

Sir I had insurance cover for my activa scooty with motor vehicle insurance number note No. CHD-D 773345( Agency code no. 308/842) which was issued on date 14/9/2012. My scooty no. PB 10 DM 1043 met with an accident so I claimed for insurance but even after 2 years I have not received my insurance claim despite submitting all the requred documents.
