dearsir i have your medical policy since last so many years also my wife shanta jain, sanjayjain, saurabhjain all are holding mediclaim policy since last so many years. but now we found the the working of youe company is going doun.the above policy holder is with your east punjabi bagh handle by mr sanjeev malhotra. due to not getting proper action i had closed my wife policy and also want to closed my above policy.the reasone is that your office never reply of my letters.i am giving letter since last one year.in my above policy the heart illnes is not included as per law if the illness is more then 4 years old the illness is covered. so many letters also talked so many times with mr sanjeev, mr anil agarwal but nothing has been done mr sanjeev told me that get medical test i had done and everyreprt was normal it has been given to him he told trying to add the above illness but nothing has been done. i want to meet with you give some time so that whole thing can be explain verbly .my telephone no.
