[Resolved] Oriflame India — Paid but did not receive the products | |||
Hi! I am an Oriflame Consultant from past 2 years. I place my order through SPO Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), and we receive the products from Kolkata Branch. Many times the products are either not sealed or broken. Have replaced it through SPO But recently I placed an individual order. I cleared the invoice online. When I received the courier it was perfectly packed, but when I opened it most of the products were missing. And there was nothing mentioned on the invoice as well. I complained to the Kolkata branch but they didnt help me and replied that the weight has matched according to them and no products are missing. It is really annoying and shameful that a company like Oriflame doesnt have a proper system, which could track the delivery of product. We pay in advance and expect the products and do not have any proof that we have not received all the products. I will be thankful to you if anyone can help me out on this.. I am a newly joined Oriflame Consultant and I have placed my first order in April but I have still not received it. Mine was also an Individual Prepaid Order which I have completed Online. My order zone is Ranchi. I have raised the issue with my upline in Delhi who told me the order was stuck somewhere and so the delay. She also mentioned that the order was released on[protected]. By any means Ranchi is just 3 hours from my city, which makes the delay even more unreasonable. I think ORIFLAME RANCHI is FRAUD.
I also e-mailed at the Ranchi e-mail id given on the Contact Information list of IN.ORIFLAME.COM, which is ranchi.[protected]@oriflame.co.in and no bonus for guessing that it doesn't work. Now I don't know how and where to contact because I see no Customer Care Service of Oriflame India involved in between. It's better to join other direct selling beauty companies than ORIFLAME INDIA. SHAME on the Service. Such a bad structure they have.
