Oriflame — Missing order and no customer support

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I ordered an order of around rs 4000 from oriflame on 6/3/2016 . As promised the delivery to be within 10 days i am still waiting for its delivery.They dont attach "tracking order" option. I followed the last chain and called people but they are not recieving the calls . Even i am unaware of the courier company.Even my mails are not answered.kindly help me to recieve my order soon. Or please process my refund. Important screenshots are attached.

i have already given the above asked information to ur mail id i.e., contactcenter.[protected]@oriflame.com on 19 and 22 march itself, but there has been no action taken. mails were not answered. They are answered now after filing a complaint here.
