Oriflame — Products not being returned though Company states 100% money back guarantee on all products purchased

I purchased some products( nail paint, lipstick, clutch and deodorant) from Oriflame recently, but I am completely dissatisfied with all of them. - The nail-paint I received was leaked - I am not very happy with the clutch material and its size - I did not like the smell of the deodorant. I tried a lot to return the products, but the Consultant is not willing for the same. The consultant says that only deo and nail paint could be exchanged but no refund would be provided for any of the items purchased.
