If he is ready to face the problem, then why his closing the headoffice without any information. All phone lines are switched off. There are several investors who had put their money in their trading a/c has worried about their investment. One person told me that he has invested rs.25 lakhs in his a/c and all scrips bought during recent past are not yet reflected in his dmat a/c. I don't know whether it is frued or not? but one thing is clear. It will be resolved only after police interference.

I sent the information to some of news channels & daily's. I will update here after filing of complaint in Commissioner's office. If you know how to inform SEBI, then please do it now and update here.

iam mani. i also invested amount in commodity. from orion they are telling that with 15 - 20 days they will refund the money. exactly i cant able to check what happen. they are not responding properly. can anyone suggest how to register complaints again orion broking cmopany and try to payout the funds those who are invested in orion.

pls come to the head office tomorrow mrng at 10 am.
Nothing gonna happed going to head office. MD John traded using proaccount(which holds all client funds) and faced major loss... he had trade Dhaba trade which is illeagel . from september 1st week mcx will be unger SEBI control. orion have used his security deposit of mcx and lost. thats y this prob came.

I spoked up with subbrokers and they are very confident that orion will be back again soon.Infact last wednusday many companies were standing in queue to takeover orion but orion refused for it.As per the update from subborkers we can expect some positive news by this wednusday

Sub-Brokers have hope that we will get back the money for sure but i am not sure how.They updated that Orion can able pay half of the amount now but in this situation they cannot our full amount and they are arranging some funds to provide the full amount of its clients.
Mani did they picked your call and updated that they will with in 15 days?

This is very bad. We don't know when can we get our money back. I have lodged complaint with mcx today. They told lot of emails are coming in complaining against orion. So far no reply from them. We have to wait and see
i have no hope is there any company will take over orion.today news papers and news channels release this news. is there any chance MD went outside india

What will happen next? If johnson dont come, what will happen? What NSE, MCX, Sebi will take next step? Does Johnson has any asset in India?
We have to wait for next two days.If there is no update from Orion then we are about to loose our money.Hoping for positive news in next two days

2.Why the police cannot find alt least a single person of the company management ??
3.Who is Squreoff-our the open-position on Friday ?Either Orion or NSE?
4.The Company staffs knowing the situation earlier (RMs, Branch Managers) and their all mobile was switched off now,
They told lies in last one week as "Audit Process is Runnng so we cannot given Payout", so it is called as WhiteCaller Crime.

For safety measures i gave complaint in commissioner off today with five clients . But there already many complained. And they said they r tracing for Johnson. Hope for best.
