Finally! & after enough follow-up and legal action including going to EWS wing, we got the refund of our Principal with interest. Despite Me and my husband vehemently re-starting our followup in Sept 2012 with the officers of Orior Developers at their Gurgaon office, neither the possession of our property in Bhaskar Valley was coming through nor the refund of the 95% upfront consideration that we had paid over the time was coming. In March 2013, we issued a legal notice and took the legal recourse involving local police and economic wing's officers and managed to obtain a successful refund of both our principal amounts as well as the interest amounts that we demanded from the Developer. With this success coming through, a few such investors in Bhaskar Valley and other projects of Orior at Jaipur as well as with other developers approached me and I am happy to share that without having to waste much time in follow up otherwise or having in to followup through the police etc., we have very successfully managed to get the cheques for the Principal and interest amounts for those investors as well.
