I paid through online, but not receive any receipt.
Your long in or signup is not working properly. How to get my receipt, payment history, my bill etc.

I m a Broadband customer from bhubaneswar and my id is 01112983 shubham kumar sahoo, have a connection from 1st jan 2015, as per your service provider my first month was free, but they have charge extra Rs 50 and 80 and i've paid Rs 250 for feb mont as it's my star plan, but still they 've not deducted from my bill . so kindly deduct Rs139 from my balance.
