Ortel Communications — Disconnecting tv & broadband but demanding money for the full month | |||
I have subscribed to tv + broadband combo plan of ortel and i pay 850/- per month. Customer no. 235162 (N sahoo, divya vihar). Few days back they disconnected the internet for a period of 15 days and the technician took so much time to correct it. After a few days again internet service was absent for 3 days. We lodged complaints in https://www.consumercomplaints.in after which they woke up from their sleep and did something constructive. Now they are demanding full money of last month from us which we didn't agree with and we paid 500/- which is definitely more than what service we are getting. Now they have cut the tv and their representative is replying in favour of paying the full money. But i dont see why i would pay for a thing that i've not consumed! Plz help. Ortel communications should convince me why i should pay otherwise restore our connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
