R, sir I like to inform you that i was taken a broadband connection on jan 15-2016 as per commetment they doesn't provids net speed and from 14-feb-2016 my connectin is off line nobody solved my complemt today till now my net is off line

i havea lready paid rs 2250 /- for ortel broaband connection . but they are say high loss . so ortel is not giving connection
