I think this company OTEX TECHNOLOGY is really fraud as company does not know to pay as i took 2 projects first time i paid 3500 for silver kit and also 350/- for registration and took project submitted on 10th day and project was accepted but with too many mistakes and my payment approved was too low than expected that was 1419 only but I thought will try again and will do it.
I took project paying same amount as mention above that is 3850/- and took project and submitted without a single mistake not even a single punctuation mistake as first project i corrected some mistakes in their texts but those were caught as mistakes and i was told to type as it is even if wrong I did it then also this time they approved a payment of 1200/- though there were no mistakes as proof attached on the link in the post of the mistakes caught by their foolish software just check the attachments to this links below and think on it what mistake you find it will be challenging for all.

Dear Pushpak you are correct there is no mistake then how can they say there is mistake and they marked like that. Call them and ask about mistake. this is ridiculous...

But I understood it is a very tough job and not so easy. I thought that I shall do it both at home and office through copying by pen drive in MS Word and finally, after completing and thorough checking it will be submitted within the time limit.

But I have faced following problems.

1) It is an internet based software, which I am not competent and I also informed them that I have no internet facility in my home PC.
2) I am competent in MS WORD but not in your software EntryBookProj-W7-200-1, there is no spelling checking facility and chances of huge mistakes are there for typing (20 pg/day for 200 pg in 10 days).
3) There is no scope of simple typing in my pc in MS WORD and then shift/transfer to the place of your software through copy and paste method.
4) I could not type a single word on last two Saturdays & Sundays for the above reasons and I am compelled to sitting idle.

This mater was also informed through sms to OTEX Helpline -+[protected],[protected] and to Ms. Rashmi Sharma +[protected]

I requested them to refund the Security Charges, which is refundable, as per their norms and as it is not possible to do this kind of job for the reasons as stated above.

I am now awaiting their reply.

I have received an email on 12 March, 2016 and filled a general form in website. After two/three days, I have receive a call to pay an amount of Rs.3850.00. I paid Rs.350 Registration charges on 5th April and Rs.3500 on 7th April and they mailed me a software on same day (7th April'16) at 17:56 Hrs. on which I had to do a typing work. The work was not matched with their demo file as sent in my mail in .pdf format. The software is having no type only shows shortcut type from Windows Installer package. I found it is a critical sortware not for general typing job for us. I then immediately stopped to type any more words and decided to taking refund of my money. Now they do not reply my mail not my sms not answering to my phone call.

i have Receive one message on my phone by the name of Rashmi[protected]. she tell me the whole job details. and she mail me the job details on my email id. after 5 day i have registed on the www.otexweb.com. and i have made the payment of rs 7850 to otex technology Account. after 1 hour the gave me the link of the software. i found this work very simple. i submited the Assignment on 20th day . after 7 days i receive 1st payment .it will be 21000rs . i am so happy.

Maine work liya mujhe payment mila, aapko nahi mila. so jinhe pay mila unake liye company is good jise nahi mila usake liye company is bad... so why you all are wasting ur time here no one forcing you to do anything its up to u... agar aap wrong work kar ke doge to comp apna loss kar ke aapko salary nahi degi...

i think this company is genuine.
