Hi, I am using SBI credit card for more than a year, I leaved my job before two months and have not been paid my outstanding balance. I have sent an query regarding my Interest rate and also explained to many executives well and slowly as "I would like to convert all my balance towards EMI since I am jobless and I don't have total money to pay currently. But they have moved to collection and they executive came to home and annoyed in very BAD words. Please take this as complaint and take the necessary action.
