[Resolved] Bawana Gas Agency (HP Gas) — Not delivering gas refill at home | |||
I am a consumer of Hp gas service.My consumer no. is 700550.I have booked my cylinder on 1st December 2012 and booking no. is 205249.After calling agency so many times they are not delivering refill.instead they asked us to come to gas agency and take receiving slip(slip that we receive after receiving cylinder.after that we would receive our cylinder.To collect this we would have to stand in a queue in the morning at 4:00 am, after this we would receive our slip at about 7:00 am.that means we would have to stand for 3 hours in this winter.Not only this, after collecting slip we would have to receive our refill and transport it at our means to our home.If they are not delivering our refill at our doorstep, then why are they charging extra rupees for delivering the refill?plus they are charging Rs 5 extra now, even for receiving the refill from the agency.Is this not corruption?this is not only our problem but of all the people in our area.All agencies deliver cylinder at home except bawana gas agency.I can't bear this.please take necessary action against those crooks.I request you to help us to get our refill on time.
