Bharti Airtel — Recharge amount though airtel.co.in but not been credited to mobile

Please provide as much information as possible.. Hi, I have recharged rs60 on 21.08.2013 from www.airtel.co.in.But till date i did not receive any amount in mobile([protected]). Many times i called customer care of AIRTEL they are not at all listening and not reverting money to my account also. When i was talking with english they are started talking with me Tamil and telling connection distrubed could you please check on this issue and if not, possible return my money.My number is [protected].Yesterday i was able to talk with one person he was telling money has been returned to your account but frequently i was checking but money has not been credited also.
