We had purchase this panoramic magic holidays plan in June 2012 from Pune Dhole Patil Road branch. Customer NO: MH/PUN/1942.
We paid Rs.14,607 by credit card as the down payment and there was a free kit given to us.
It was clear from the movie passes itself that it was all fake when we tried to use the passes in the cinemax theater.
when the description of the plan was given to us it was very well informed to the team(Keeran and Preeti) that the EMI to be started from march 2012 as I was expecting.
I was assured that I can go ahead with the plan only when, I have checked the quality by visiting one of the locations rewarded as free, however before we could visit one of the locations the EMI's started to be

deducted. I was also assured that I would be contacted before the EMI's started and only then the cheque would be deposited. The services failed here again. The EMI's started from Oct '12 instead of March '13.
It pinched me more because it was the loan account from where my home loan EMI was deducted and that's why I was very specific about the month.
When this was noticed, I called the branch and wanted to know the reason. I was suggested after many calls that I stop the further cheque. I was not allowed to talk to any manager, instead I was only assured

call backs which never happened for several days.I stopped the cheques however I am not given any refund till today. Instead the request for EMI is sent to the bank even today.

We do not want to continue with the plan and would like the entire amount to be refunded back as we have not availed any services from the Panoramic holidays.
We have lost all faith in Panoramic holidays due to false promises but would like to request not to cheat people like this. Its hard earned money by everyone.

I hope there is some action on this complaint.
I still have faith in the higher management.

Dear all, its nothing more left by u guys to say more..isnt it not worthy for the money what you have paid eh??..whom ever have given complaints never used a single holiday too..i have been a member here n i have used 6 holidays through magic holidays..more than my wife n me..my kids r praising about the hospitality of magic holidays..never blame a anyone until n unless u know well about them..i[censored] want any clarification..pls make me a call..am happy enough to answer u all..my num [protected]
the same thing happened to me. They gave me a trial package with an option to continue or discontinue after the trial trip and started sucking money thru ECS even before i availed that. and our banks help these frauds in cheating people. Normally i get alerts when a beneficiary is added for fund transfers by emails and sms but in this case i got nothing from the bank. So u hv to check ur accounts regularly to find cheating like this. We also victim of this fraud company(magic holidays) details are below:
1 - On 21st April we have have been approached by Magic Holidays Sales Team and called us to explain the offers they provide.

2 - We visited their office on 25th April where they offered membership. Since the membership was of 25 yrs we asked that we cannot afford 25 yr subscription due to loan etc. then they offered 1 yr evaluation membership. In this offer they committed to provide 2 trips of 3D/4N one to Kerala and another to Thailand within 1 yr. This time they also took our sign on ECS without our information.

3 - While providing the above membership Sales Team committed for below which later on was refused by Customer Support Team.
* Option of selecting houseboat in our accommodation in Kerala.
* 30% discount on flight tickets.
They confirmed the booking so lately that they we have to bear huge loss in flight tickets and later on they refused to provide any discount.

4 - When discussed this matter with customer care they refused to provide Sales Team commitment and ignored our loss. When asked for cancellation they denied to refund the amount (in any form).

I request you to please help us or guide us in our venture to get our money back.

I am a victim of this company's fraud. I was called many times by their customer care executive to attend a one hour presentation. In this presentation they presented their 1.57 lakhs holiday plan for 25 years. I was unwilling to pay this money upfront so they offered me gift vouchers worth INR 40, 000. They asked me to pay 10 percent upfront and rest in EMI's thinking that I would able to utilize these holidays and also buy stuff for me worth 40, 00. However, to my dismay, I recieved a call from their Mumbai HO and they again told me about the plan adding that I ould be liable to pay INR 5250 per year as maintenance fee which adds up to INR 1, 30, 000 for 25 years and it makes the total amount to INR 3 lakhs insted of 1.57 lakhs, for which they gave the presentation. To add to this I was told that there are no vouchers. I was total fake which there sales person offered to get me into their bait. I have been duped of Rs 15, 750 to which they are not refunding saying that after 10 days the amount cannot be refunded. I was neither shown any such rule during the presentation nor did I sign any such agreement. Why would my hard earned money not refunded?

I am totally frustrated and want to take them to court. They are running a Ponzi scheme and would try every ting to get them punished.

You please make complain call to LEMON NEWS TV CHANNEL in their live show of MLM KA FARGIWADA (mon-fri) in between time 2.30-3.00 pm on phone no.[protected] .the channel is planning to gether all complaints against magic holidays company and will approach to company to company to make refund.if company does not respond and then will help to make FIR against magic holidays company.

I had an telephonic conversation with Lemon News today. The connected me to the live patch. I would request everyone to share the fraud they have suffered with Magic holidays on television so as to spread the word.
They are coming with a new proposal.
BEWARE.

Their executives will start saying, you will get 2 bonus cards using which you can get 10-30% discount on all cash, debit credit card purchases across India in any outlet. 2 cards named: Excel and Money Magic
They also offer you freebies like; UCB wrist watch, holiday voucher and health voucher.

and they keep transferring your call to verification/billing departments...
All they want from you is to pay 7, 999/- to avail these bonus.

and the billing guys asks your credit card details over the phone or they direct you to use their website moneymagicholidays.com

This is all BIG SCAM.
I had just received a call from Money Magic Holidays from no.: [protected]. 'pnreddyp' exactly mentioned above what those guys started with. I became fishy as to how come this people know so many details of my card and personal details. On questioning them, the lady told me 1st that they were the service provider for Master & Visa card and so had got the details of those customers who use their cards properly and pay on time. On my doubts, she explained me there are 3 types of customers. 1) who although have card but never use it. 2) You have card & use it and never pay or late pay masters & 3) You have card and you use it properly and pay on time. After that she verified my details like D.O.B., email address, billing address, phone no on which the SMS flashes after using the card etc. This were very suspicious questions and i expressed my inability and asked them abt their details. Then she revealed her Co. name as Money Magic Holidays and transferred the call to some guy who claimed to be from 'relevant department'(?). They have a typical style, verifying details of your card and in between asking those questions abt your card which probably they might not know like 'CVV' no. If you doubt them, they will answer you but very immediately re-start the conversation diverting a bit and again coming to the track. The guy on the phone did not share any info but revealed and confirmed the co. name. But on questioning him further, his language worsened so much that he stared using gali-galoch. Seemed to be frustrated as i took over him and kept hammering questions in much tricky manner.

They disconnected... Next was i immeditely called my bankers and blocked the card. 'Precaution is better than cure'..

Friends, when-ever you use your card in public.. hide the CVV no. buy masking with an adhesive tape.
Also, reach at the swapping terminal and demand to swap the card by your self only.
Never let the card go out of sight for swapping (for eg. Hotels, Outlets, shopping). Those guys told me that they received my card details from surveys on petrol pump. I don't even have a vehicle and never used the card on any petrol pump and my suspicion grew stronger.
Keep a track of your SMSes.. don't delete them. If possible keep a different cell phone for receiving banking SMSes and mark them as important.

While online, simple measures like having good anti virus (paid versions with all features), a good firewall, and programs like 'Spy Hunter' which find spyware and malware on your system are good and safe enough. But mind well to understand the features of all of them and tweek them to the best in setting those suit you.

I recently found this non-tracking browser facility by Google Chrome. Open Google chrome, go to settings, and 'delete history from begining'. Any cache or tracking small application programs will be deleted and make your browser free (For safety purpose before going online). Press 'Control' + 'Shift' + 'N' to go 'incognito'. Means Pages you view in this window won't appear in your browser history or search history, and they won't leave other traces, like cookies, on your computer after you close all open incognito windows. Any files you download or bookmarks you create will be preserved, however. Going incognito doesn't affect the behavior of other people, servers, or software. Be wary of:
Websites that collect or share information about you
Internet service providers or employers that track the pages you visit
Malicious software that tracks your keystrokes in exchange for free smileys
Surveillance by secret agents
People standing behind you.

Its true, no refund & interest rules were explained at the time of presentation... they have eaten my money too... I want to lodge complaint against this FRAUD COMPANY... pls help how to moved ahead.
I have same experience, In my case I have not taken any holiday package it was just intention to take but they deposited by post dated cheque without my permission and further wen ahead to start the ECS. Horrible people.
We had registered for Membership at Magic Holidays on 22.09.2013 with the amount of Rs.16000/- in the name of Lata Bende and co applicant as Varsha Bende at the Sterling office CST (Mumbai). They explained the features of membership and said that if you don’t find the service up to mark then anytime we can take the refund and cancel the membership. The sales agents who spoke to us were Ajinkya, Swati and Kiran. After which after few days we received a verification call and we came to know that they had given incomplete information and did not inform about two main facilities to be availed after membership. (1. It was informed that we can avail 7 nights / 8 days only after we pay 25% of membership amount. 2. It was informed that RCI facility will start only after 50% of payment). On 19.10.2013 we visited the branch office and When enquired that why incomplete information was given, they did not have an answer and just apologized. We informed them that we do not want to continue and they said fine you can give us a letter and this can be done. We gave in writing that we would like to discontinue the membership and would like refund (please note we have not even received the membership card or number also). They confirmed that within 2 -3 days you would receive call and on verification refund would happened. Didnt receive any call till 30.10.2013 and agent named Afreen said that we cannot give any refund back as per policy, when we said how is that possible because it was informed that we can get the same but she didnt have an answer. We also enquired that why she called back late, she said that we have received the letter only on 27.10.2013. We insisted to speak to senior, she said Deepa Shetty is their head of service and she would call back within 24 hours. We even wrote an email to them on the grievance till date no response received. No call back was received. We then again called on 19.11.2013 and spoke to Deepa but she didn’t have time and said will back within half an hour. We are still waiting... Here they have not provided 2 main information and 1 wrong information that refund can be availed. This is such an unethical and unacceptable act. We want to cancel the membership and want our refund money back as soon as possible.

Hi, this is Rajat Arora. I want to share my reviews about this MAGIC holiday planners. They are so sucking and good for nothing. They just ruined my vacations I had planned for my family in this December.

When I visited them for the first time in their office located in WAVE mall, Lucknow, they just lured me with great offers, packages, deals and off course their so Honey dipped talks. I had bought their plan few months back and finally provided them with the dates I wanted my bookings in their hotels 1 month prior too my visit. They said that they will provide me the details of the bookings as they get the confirmation from the hotel. I asked the for the confirmation after 2 days, they again asked for 2 days. And this keeps on going with frequency of 1 day further, they just repeat " SIR TOMORROW FOR SURE " and now it’s the day I am left with only 2 days to my tour and they said today on calling 4 times today that " SORRY SIR, YOU CAN’T GET THE BOOKINGS, PLEASE SHIFT YOUR TOUR ". I had done all my travel bookings and now they say please shift your tour. Couldn’t they have told me before so that I could have made my bookings on my own or from some other planner.

Even when I asked them to cancel all my bookings and refund me my money if you can’t provide, so they say that " SORRY SIR WE CAN’T REFUND NOW, IT WILL TAKE 2 MONTHS TIME "

I am Dr. M. R. Sunder Paul. On 16 June 2014 at 1 pm someone called me and congratulated me for using HDFC Credit Card and they wanted to give me some special offers for the best user of Credit Card. They offered me 4 nights and 3days lodging in and abroad and many more things. I knew that I got several credits by using HDFC Credit Card No: [protected]. Not only for rewards but I was also waiting for my new card as the present card is going to expire this month.
They told my name, my father’s name and card number. And I believed that it was from HDFC Bank and I gave all the details – HDFC Credit card No. Verifying Code and when I got the OTP, they checked back and they withdrew Rs. 7, 990/- on 16/06/2014. They promised me that I would receive a courier containing all the promised documents in two days. But so far (01 July 2014) neither I got any information nor there is a response to my phone calls. After a week I understand that this phone call transaction was fake and I let my money to unknown person. I am cheated.
All this was done from Mobile Nos. [protected] and I was asked to send my OTP Number to [protected]. The one who called me introduced himself as Rahul Saxena, from Money Magic Holiday, Landline No:[protected] New Delhi. Giving all these details someone withdrew Rs. 7, 990/- from my Credit Card making me believe that they associate with the HDFC Bank.
Sir, I am deceived. I lost my money. Some fake call made me believe and robbed me. Kindly make an inquiry into it and help me get back my money at the earliest possible. Please take stringent action against such culprits who must be deceiving many people with fake identities. Thanking you sir,

I too received a call from Money Magic Holidays [protected] and asked whether am getting bills of credit card. As I have already raised complaint twice for bill not received; i thought this call is genuine. They said my mobilenumber, date of bith and Name and then asked my card number for verification to send bills to my mail id. I said my card number then they have asked for the number behind my card. I asked why you want to know as it is informed from bank not to provide these details to any; so they said only four digit pin you shouldnot reveal but cvv please convey as this is customer verification number it seems. I by mistake given and within a span of time i though this may be a fraudulent call and put that lady on hold and called my friend who is working with ICICI and he told me to block ASAP. I called up call centre and blocked the card and ensured no transaction done today. In between i got 10 missed calls from this number. after blocking when i dialed that number they were busy as they might be calling other people. After 2 min i got call from them and she said call got cut and you were busy so they continued about the offers. I asked from which firm you are calling so she said Money Magic Holiday and they are giving offers for just 7999/- which i need not pay as they will debit 16 moths just 599/- I said am not interested. She became arrogant and said its already debited. I asked how can you debit without my consent so she asked why did i give details. Then I said you only said only pin number to be kept secret etc. Then I said i am going to consumer court. Then she said this is RED FM BAKARA call. I asked who gave my number to make me bakara she said its through web they got all the details and they random pick it up. I said then its again a complaint as either the mobile providers are flowing the details or icici bank flowing the details to others that such fraudulance are playing. Thank God that I could block before they do any kind of transactions. Please do take action against such people.
Really good company having good resorts ... I love to enjoy my Holidays in Magic Holidays resorts . Really good resorts, Good staff and clean rooms with all facilities . Pleasure to be part of Magic Holiday .
