1. Go to Paytm.com and click on ‘Your Account’.
2. Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link.
3. Click on the link emailed to your registered email address.
4. Set a new password and you’re done!
Remember, if you do not see this balance in your bank account yet, it is because your bank does not reflect this refund instantly. You could check with them on time it takes for such refunds to show up.
