[Resolved] Tata Power — Billing Issue | |||
I got my TPDDL bill via bill number [protected] for my account/CA [protected]. The bill shows an arrear of Rs 5340 but I had already paid Rs 5340 on August 27, 2013 via cheque number[protected] of Syndicate Bank. I have even sent the screenshot of account statement to the TPDDL customer care. Even after multiple email and phone calls, I am not getting response/resolution for my complaint... I haven't even got a complaint number even after multiple email and calls. This is height of professionalism. Please take corrective action and provide me the complaint number while you are resolving this.
