Ovation migration services — immigration/visa fraud | |
applied for overseas visa through the job consultant called Ovation migration services on in 20th February'2015. I paid them service charges of Rupees 150, 000/- and have paid in advance. I have the contact agreement signed on the letter head.
They sent me offer letter stating my job & accommodation details and date of joining is 23 March'2015.
When I asked for updates, they started to give reason for delay and asked to wait for a week, then later continued to ignore my phone calls.
I keep calling them to know the status but, nobody answers phone, even I have tried calling from different numbers but they just disconnect my phone or says they will call back but never get in touch. I sent many emails but they don't reply.
They have collected money & passport when I asked to return, they don't give any response.
Because of their false commitment, I have given up my job. Now, I am feeling frustrated.
I want my passport & refund for my money along with compensation.
Kindly let me know how can I take necessary action. I have the agreement that was made when I have paid the fees and also conversations were recorded. Was this information helpful? | |

OVATION MIGRATION IS CLOSED DOWN Now and they have run away from the office. I paid 50, 000 initially and i received offer letter from them on Letter head of Amsterdam Consultancy Netherlands, My job Location was France and when i asked them who will provide the visa on letter from Netherlands, also i asked what are the documents required for VISA and i compare with the documents required by France Embassy for Work Visa, They did not even know that what are the documents required for France work permit. so i did not pay another 100, 000. Also i asked many other questions about the company any HR manager and Director. They don't know anything, They were blind.
1. Before you pay anywhere write the company name in Google with Fraud, e.g. OVATION MIGRATION SERVICES FRAUD, You will find the result whether they are fraud or not
2. Asked questions as many as you have, don't rush to pay.
3. Check with embassy the visa requirement and compare with the their requirements
I am also holding the proof and all details with me. In case any updates please let me know, thank god i did not submit my passport. I just need my 50K to get refund.

Now that surat office was closed, so go to surat and ask to chay wala and go to police chowki and collect your passport, they will fill the fir and give you passport what I done to day jul 6th. please go as soon as possible. once all collect the pp then only court will call you. sorry for my English. my number [protected]

Me also Affected By this consultancy. I paid 1, 50, 000 for French visa . They gave lame reasons over visa process and made delay. My Good time i got my Passport .Also they sent Cheque of 1, 50, 000 from their side dated[protected]. Now it seems there wont be amount in their Cheque .Duno what am going to do.
