[Resolved] Oxicash.in — online recharge related problem | |||
Respected Sir/Madam On the morning of 06 sep 2014 I recharged my prepaid airtel number [protected] online at oxicash.com (mobile recharge). My transaction id is 12812986. My transaction of rupees 150 went successful through sbi debit card but have not benefited with the recharge amount on my number [protected] till now. Customer care number [protected] doesn't work and email ids [protected]@oxigenwallet.com and [protected]@myoxigen.com didn't receive any mails. Kindly help me. E-mail id [email protected] mailed me saying that my money will be refunded in 5-7 working days. Though manually they doesn't receive mails. It fails always. Thanks to them by the way. | |||
