Oxigen — Amount debitted from Bank but not loaded in the wallet account

Address:East Singhbhum, Jharkhand

This is to report an unsuccessful transaction to load money in my Oxigen Wallet on 12-Feb-2015, 03:00 PM. I attempted to recharge by wallet balance by Rs. 135 (Total charge Rs 137.03) through ICICI Bank Netbanking however despite the said amount being deducted from my ICICI bank account, my wallet balance wasn't recharged. The failed transaction is also not visible in the History page however the Bank transaction reference number for the same is [protected] (Snapshot attached).

Same happend with me too brother but i dont understand why the consumer complaints are not able to take action I logged the report on 28 feb still i dint get any response from consumer complaints and oxigen if i try to call oxigen more then 15 minutes waited for call did not get any response
