Oxigen — Need Refund for the amount not credited in Oxigen wallet

Hi Team, Please note i have been trying to contact the customer care but no response after they acknowledge to credit my transaction of Rs.2020 which have done on[protected]. My user id is [protected] I have tried to load the money in oxi wallet by using my credit card however from credit card amount of Rs.2020 have debited since so money have credited in Oxi meantime i contacted through mail and customer care number they acknowledge to credit my amount of Rs.2020 to credit card on[protected] but still i did not get my money as wel as no response from Oxi Kindly revert
