[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — Amount not credited after failed transaction | |||||
I was trying to load 1700rs into oxigen wallet on 28th of OCT 2016, but money got debited from BANK OF BARODA bank DEBIT card & not credited to wallet. I made a call to oxigen customer care regarding this and they told it would be credited in 7 working days, but the money not yet credted to the bank. Kindly refund it back to my DEBIT card or add it to wallet.
