[Resolved]  Oxigen Recharge — Failed transaction getting success without approval

Hi Ankur,
This is with regards to a recharge attempt done on 17th March for Rs.250 thru Oxigen Wallet. This was the 1st & last time time i was using your freaking service. The transaction had failed and i had recieved a message stating 'UH-OH Your transaction failed due to an unknown error. We're a little embarrassed:(Request you to try again in sometime. Thank you! We love your patience." As i saw this message i recharged thru Paytm for Rs.250 as i wanted a recharge immediately. I also expected the failed transaction amount to be transferred to my credit card account or oxigen wallet. After 2 hours the failed amount of Rs.250 got added to my vodafone account instead of my CC account or oxigen wallet. Therefore i ended up with a double recharge.
I have escalated this issue multiple times, but i am yet to get a resolution. My tickets 182186, 55106, 55785 were all closed with incorrect resolution. I have recieved calls from senior CSO's even after stating that i wanted to speak to a nodal, apelatte or a grievance officer. All these people who i spoke to have agreed that an issue was from your end. I have been communicated stating that there are many technical issues in Oxigen. Also they have been communicating that they were grievance officers. I was assured that my issue would be resolved with an ultimate resolution by Himanshu, Yooresh, but this is a dream. Inspite of telling repeatedly that i would go social/would lodge a complaint thru consumer court, my complaint was not taken seriously.
A call was made by an associate named Shilpa, who was a grievance officer didnt know basic skills of call handling. She was interupting me throughout the call. She was arguing as well and was fine with me going to consumer court. I am not expecting a positive resolution as promissed. I dont think you have the right of doing business in India.

Stop cheating people. Go away!!!
