[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — Fraud | |||
The fraud happened on september 24, 2016 On september 24, 2016 around 3 pm, i received a number of calls from [protected] with the caller identifying himself as a sbi customer care representative. I was asked to provide my sbi a/c details, sbi debit card number and cvv in order to resolve a debit card transaction problem (On september 23, 2016). The caller claimed that he will initiate the refund transaction immediately and arranged for a number of sms to my sbi registered mobile number containing otps that i shared in utmost good faith. Eventually, a total amount of inr 7876 got debited from my a/c in the name of payu oxigen wallet. Following are the transaction descriptions from my online account statement: Pos prch-pos [protected] payuwww. Oxigenwallet. Hr- I have already reported this case to kolkata cyber police station in lalbazar head quarters and the reference number is 1401. They have already sent a mail to you to stop the transaction. I request you to do the needful from your end and stop the transaction and refund the money back to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
