Oxigen — Recharge not done but amount debited | |||
Sir, I have recharged Airtel mobile no. [protected] with Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) on Yesterday i.e., on November 2014 at 7.42 PM from my S.B.I mobile internet banking through oxi services vide tid. no.[protected]. But the amount of Rs. 100/- has been deducted from my account but i have not received the recharge amount to my mobile no. Please rectify the issue immediately or refund my amount.
