Oxigen Services Private Limited — Tata sky recharge not fulfilled despite transacting the requisite amount via sbi netbanking

On 30th march 2016, i used oxipay service to pay for my tatasky tv. The transaction reference number for the payment made is oxisbi[protected]gobsuhbho it has been nearly a week but my tatasky account is not yet activated. None of the customer care numbers of oxigen services seem to be working. Please help.
