Oxigen — Transaction failed but Rs. 2000 debited

On 20.01.2015 I went through your oxigen site and tried to load amt Rs. 2000 in my wallet My SBI bank account has been debited for the Rs. 2000 but wallet is not credit till date. Transaction Id is[protected]. I also contacted with my bank but they can't help me. They said that amt has been credited to party a/c. Please take an necessary action about my complaint.
