Oxigen Wallet — First Recharge cashback not added into oxygen wallet

I made my first transaction as Recharge with an amount of Rs.110 in oxygen wallet. There is an offer available as Rs 50 cashback for new users for first time recharge. I already complained in oxygen wallet site. But they are not responding. Please check and help me for giving my money back. Thanking You Venkeswara Rao
