I had tried to load money twice (Rs 612+ Rs 612=Rs 1224) in oxigen wallet on 12.02.2015 via citibank and ICICI bank credit cards. The site showed some error and due to which the money got debited from my credit cards but were uploaded in the wallet. When I contacted customer care, they said maney will get back to your credit card account withing 7 working days. Its been more than 11 working days now but no money has come to card back. I have written them several times on [protected]@oxigenwallet.com but there is no response. Further, I am trying to contact customer care no.[protected] from past 7 days but it is continuously coming busy. It seems as if this is a fake site. Please file a complaint against them and arrange to make refund of Rs 1224 at the earliest. Regards Nitish Lamba mb.-[protected]
