To The Competent Authority Indian Consumer Complaints Respected Sir/ Madam, I, Debapriya chattopadhyay, customer of Bank of Baroda, Haridevpur branch. I paid registration fee of West Bengal Staff Selection through internet banking through billdesk of Rs.225.73/= on dtd 07/12/2015 but not refunded from billdesk. I made a complaint through email to billdesk accounts and west bengal staff selection commission. Then I made a complaint in consumer complaints : Indian consumer complaints forum on dtd 17/12/2015. Then Billdesk officer call me today vide mob no [protected] &[protected] for refund of rs.225.73/=. He asked me for "United Bank Debit card no withount pin no for transfer refund amount. Then I gave him my United Bank Debit card no without pin no. Then He said that the money did not transfer and asked for another bank a/c. I gave him Bank of Baroda a/c. The he asked Bank of Baroda Debit no. I gave him Debit card no without pin no. the he asked me the amount of money. I said him Rs.2300/=. Then he debited the amounting of Rs.2000/= vide transaction no "PGDR PAYU -www.oxigenwallet.[protected]:50:46 S" and amounting of Rs.300/= vide transaction no "PGDR PAYU-www.oxigenwallet.[protected]:54:40 S". Kindly you to refund the amount amounting Rs.2000/= & 300/= to my saving a/c no [protected] IFC code BARBOHARIDE through NEFT. Verified Support Dec 22, 2015 Oxigen Services India Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Thank you for intimating the instance to us. However, we would request you to report the matter to your bank with details for processing this request. We regret the problem faced by you and would like to guide you as follows:- 1. We don’t get the details of the Debit Card number from Bank/partner for the transaction. As a result, we cannot fetch transaction details based on Debit Card number. 2. We are also not authorized to authenticate & share any transaction details on the basis on email request from any one, as the identity of credit card/debit card holder rests with the bank. In case of any fraudulent transaction, you need to approach the bank (issuer of Credit Card/debit card) with the transaction details. 3. Bank will forward the suspected transaction to us based on transaction reference number (which we can identify in our system for extracting information) for further details which will provided to bank by us. Any information related to the transaction will be provided by the bank to you, since bank is the authority to identify and authenticate you as genuine owner/user of the card. 4. Apart from that we advise you to file a report with cybercrime cells in your area. We are enclosing details of these for different locations from where you’ll get further assistance in resolution the issue.
