Oyo Rooms Refund Not Initiated as Promised via Official Twitter and Phone Call

I'd booked a hotel for 5 dec 2023 to 9 dec 2023 at noida, but when I reached the premises, the manager told that there is no such booking and I was asked to find another hotel. The OYO customer care assisted me and told that our contract with hotel ended and not updated on oyo app so will initial a full refund and assured that this amount will be refunded within 7-14 days. I also have a written confirmation from them via their twitter ID....

Forced to pay again at hotel

I have made additional payment of 700 at oyo reception in front of cctv.
They receptionist mentioned that they do not see booking id at their end and can't let me check in. This went onn for like 10 mins and then I was asked to pay. I was scanning a QR named as oyo at property but then, they forced me to scan another qr on a paper.

I had booked a room at Hotel Savasi Puri for one day from 6th March to 7th March 2024.
1.Reached there at about 3.30 PM on 6th march.
2.It was the most shabby hotel with dirty bathroom near reception,
3.The person had to be called by phone as there was no body in reception.

Money deducted twice

I booked oyo room and paid ₹4, 573 through google pay but the payment was pending/ cancelled and I was told to pay again. Hence I paid ₹4, 573 twice....

Oyo rooms is charging extra money

I booked a room in oyo hotel london street on 2nd march through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 700₹ apart from 500₹ which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1200. They also refused...

I have done a booking Through the customer care number. And I got the room finalized. And when it comes to the amount the executor told me that it is INR 858. then i got this email Which I've attached below.

4 payments were done to oyo rooms from different google pay accounts
All were done on date -12/12/2019
Till date refund is not yet initiated...

Amount Deducted But Booking Not Confirmed in oyo rooms

I have paid rs.768 through paytm to oyo app on 29.02.2024 to book hotel in Jodhpur. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

Shifting the hotel without customer approval

OYO Charged Me Twice Online and Offline Both

Fake Hotels Bookings are listed and accepted

OYO app is listed with many properties that includes fake properties and customer support receives the call and puts you on hold with no further response or update.

I made a booking and I cannot reach the property with the given phone number and alternate number provided was also a wrong number.

then OYO customer care suggested to cancel the booking as there was a technical glitch in OYO systems which resulted...

Delay in Refund

I booked a guest room and I cancelled it within 15 mins due to change in plans .It shows free refund with full amount .Nothing showed up and I contacted customer care they got my Booking id and they told me to wait in the call for 10 mins, call came way far from 10 mins.
