[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Booking confirmed, payment done - rooms not available

I made a booking at miramar oyo room. Bookingid - gjmt0516 as always paid the advance amount, on reaching the property i was told room is not available.
On talking to customer care i was told that now i cant cancel the booking as it is non refundable and they will book another room somewhere nearby, not able to understand did i book room as per my comfort or oyo's comfort. Had a lot of work to do which i am unable to because of this stupidity.
