[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — No refund on booking cancellation | |||
I made a booking for Jaisalmer, Rajasthan from OYOROOM app. By mistake I opted for 19 to 20 July instead of 19 to 20 August. I cancelled my booking and no amount was refunded to me by oyorooms. I given them every reason possible like my linked booking for jodhpur from 17 to 18 August and my tickets, etc for such mistake and ask them not to refund me any amount but to extend my booking but they not did anything. See my situation, in good faith i have pre paid booking amount ...if i have not pre paid that amount then?? These people should work like corporate and not like old orthodox policy followers ...even govt departments are active now a days like we can file TDR after chart preparation of train, early income tax refund... Don't expect such unprofessional and uncaring attitude from them... They are opportunist and they keep my amount taking the shelter of their so called policies. .. Was this information helpful? | |||
