Oyo rooms is a mastermind fake company, who provides total fake photo of hotel, so that when a customer sees a photo, he will definitely book. When i checked in hotel broadway annexe, darjeeling (For oyo its name is oyo rooms near gurudwara youth hostel) for refrence link : https://www.oyorooms.com/4892-budget-hotel-near-gurudwara-youth-hostel-darjeeling. Kindly see the photos in oyo website and compare the photos which i have uploaded.

Oyo rooms committed promise vs actual seen (A large gap)

When i called oyo customer care, then they replied very rudely, we dont have any cancellation policy. Dont go with oyo rooms advertisements. Till now they have not refunded my money.
