Sir/madam, With due respect i want to inform you that i have contact oyo room to book my holiday package of gangtok before 15 day to get quality services.in this regard i have contact mr niraj misra contact no [protected], in these 15 day tenure he given us the summary of the trip neither he denied and nor he finalized the package. whenever i called him he asked me to wait for a day. lastly, after seeing the worst service of oyo room i have contact yatra.com. they finalized our trip within 2 hours with the best rates in comparison to the rate given by mr misra, oyo rooms.in my opinion you have to make your services better to do business in the market because there are more companies to give much more quality services. if once these things were happen to any person no one will refer for oyo rooms. so seriously look into the matter.
