Sub: grievances

Reference is drawn to subject & booking made through your services of a room at lucknow for 29th march’16 at eden guest house. All details are as in trailing mail.

Reached with difficulties at eden guest house on 29th march’16 at appx 10.30pm & then after the harrowing experience had:

1. Was made to be seated for 25 minutes & when lost my patience someone came to attend.
2. Was conveyed room is not available since allotted.
3. Was told i would be transferred to an adjacent building which is not accessible through roads where cars can reach.
4. Expressed my dissatisfaction on issue when being kind enough i was guided to another hotel (Not under oyo rooms) at a much higher price.

All these took place despite having continuous communication over phone but at no pint of time was conveyed about all what would happen on reaching eden guest house.

This is highly non acceptable since “services” are all linked to “hospitality chain of services”

With the submission made please come back why & how such things happened to disturb a customer, failing which i will be at liberty to take appropriate shelter to demand justice
