Pacl — Fd plan for pacl not reviewed

i was an agent company under code [protected] in hisar branch . company is not giving maturity payment on time.. due to this we are very upsset.. pls give me any solution in which way i can take a action aganist company,

I deposite a bond forms on 10. 2.2014 but payment 40000 amount not recived office ke chakar Kate Kate bahut pase kharcha ho gaya jab jate bandh milta hai. Agent bhi bolta nahi hai. Jab milta to kahta hai me kya karu. me to bahut pares an ho gaya hu
